Retailer of the Year Awards Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The Retailer of the Year Awards are organised by Target Publishing Ltd, publishers of Naturally Good Health magazine.
2. Eligibility
- Open to independent health food retailers in the Ireland
- Must operate a bricks-and-mortar store
- Employees of Target Publishing Ltd are not eligible
3. Nominations
- Entries must be submitted via the official awards website:
https://www.naturallygoodhealthmagazine.com/awards/ - All entries must be genuine and received by the closing date
- Target Publishing reserves the right to verify entries
4. Judging
- Winners are selected by a panel of judges. The amount of nominations received and the quality of nominations are both considered.
- All decisions are final
5. Fair Use
- Any attempt to manipulate votes or submissions may result in disqualification
6. Prizes
- Winners will receive award recognition and promotional coverage
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered
7. Publicity
- By entering or being nominated, retailers agree to promotional use of their name, images, and submitted content
8. Data Protection
- Personal data will be handled in line with UK GDPR and used only for awards administration
9. General
- Target Publishing reserves the right to amend or cancel the awards if necessary
- Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms
- Governed by the laws of England and Wales
